  • Bread Flour – 1000 gram
  • Granulated Sugar – 200 gram
  • Instant Dry Yeast – 15 gram
  • Salt – 10 gram
  • Bread Improver – 5 gram
  • Milk Powder – 30 gram
  • Water – 550 to 570 gram
  • Unsalted Butter – 100 gram

 

Filling

  • Chicken Sausage – 10 pcs
  • Cheddar Cheese – 100 gram
  • Mayonnaise – 100 gram
  • Parsley Flakes – 20 gram

 

Instruction

Step 1

Dough : Prepare soft bread dough by mixing flour, yeast, sugar, salt, milk powder, bread improver and butter. Let it rise.

Step 2
