Ingredients
- Bread Flour – 1000 gram
- Granulated Sugar – 200 gram
- Instant Dry Yeast – 15 gram
- Salt – 10 gram
- Bread Improver – 5 gram
- Milk Powder – 30 gram
- Eggs – 100 gram
- Water – 450 to 470 gram
- Unsalted Butter – 100 gram
Topping
- Margarine – 100 gram
- Icing Sugar – 66 gram
- Eggs – 100 gram
- Condensed Milk – 20 gram
- Cake Flour – 116 gram
- Coffee Powder – 5 gram
- Hot Water – 3 gram
Instruction
Step 1
Prepare Dough : Mix flour, sugar, salt, yeast, egg, milk powder, bread improver, water and butter. Knead until smooth and let it rise.
Step 2
Filling : Cut cold butter into cubes.
Step 3
Topping : Cream butter and sugar, add egg and dissolved coffee, then flour. Set aside.
Step 4
Shape Buns : Divide dough, flatten, place butter cube inside, seal, and let rise again.
Step 5
Add Topping : Pipe or spread coffee topping over buns.
Step 6
Bake : Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F) and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
