- Milk Powder – 30 gram
- Eggs – 100 gram
- Water – 450 to 470 gram
- Unsalted Butter – 100 gram

- Cake Flour – 100 gram
Instruction
Step 1
Prepare the Dough : Combine flour, sugar, salt, yeast, bread improver, milk powder and eggs. Add butter, then knead until smooth. Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
Step 2
Make the Cookie Dough : Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add an egg and blend well. Sift in flour and baking powder, and mix to form a dough. Chill in the refrigerator.

Shape the Buns : Divide the bread dough into equal portions, shape into balls, and let them rise again. Divide the cookie dough, roll it out, and wrap it around each bread dough ball.
